Unlike the traditional BI model of "generating reports and viewing data," Leansight uses a four-layer architecture (Autonomous Discovery → Intelligent Control → Lean Collaboration → Agile Foundation) to rebuild factory operations management: the bottom layer connects heterogeneous systems such as ERP/MES/EAM/WMS, the middle layer provides a lean application matrix, the upper layer builds the control tower cockpit, and the top layer uses CEO Headline to enable AI-powered autonomous discovery and early warning.
